Fuimos a ver el palacio de la magdalena y aparcamos en frente de este chiringuito por casualidad. A la vuelta nos paramos y nuestra sorpresa del buen ambiente y servicio que ofrecían tanto la cocinera (una señora mayor súper divertida) como la camarera. Cerveza helada recomendable para después de una buena caminata y todo casero.

We went to see the Magdalena Palace and parked in front of this beach bar by chance. On the way back, we stopped and were surprised by the great atmosphere and service offered by both the cook (a super-fun older woman) and the waitress. The ice-cold beer was a must after a good hike, and everything was homemade.
Chiringuito con muy buenas vistas. Tortilla muy rica ( aunque un poquito sosa). María y Laura super majas y muy profesionales. Visita obligada si vas a Santander.

Kioskito a pie de la magdalena. Un rinconcito genial donde tomar una cervecita con un pincho muy rico a muy buen precio. Es un kiosko no un restaurante pero hacen unos callos y una morcilla espectaculares. Mejillones vinagreta y anchoas muy ricas. Muy bien de precio. Ojo horario xq depende de afluencia y del clima

Kiosk at the foot of La Magdalena. A great little spot to have a beer with a delicious tapa at a great price. It's a kiosk, not a restaurant, but they make spectacular tripe and blood sausage. The mussels with vinaigrette and anchovies are delicious. Very good value. Be careful with the opening hours, as they depend on the weather and the crowds.
Imprescindible lugar de Santander!!! Un caldo en invierno viendo el mar enfurecido o un vermú en verano disfrutando de la terraza y del turisteo. María es una tia estupenda y muy buena profesional!!!! Cuando llego a Santander, antes de ir a mi casa, paso siempre por alli!!!!
